1. Spacetailor is self-adhesive material made of 100% polyester fabric. It’s dependable adhesive can be removed and reused multiple times without any alteration or damage to the surface.

2. Attachable surface: Smooth surface such as paint, wallpaper, iron, etc.

- Be sure to remove any dust (contamination) from the wall before construction, and attach the wallpaper at a temperature of 10-25°C and humidity of 60% or less.

- During the summer, store it in a cool place and let the wallpaper dry before attaching it. Do not attach it in a place with high humidity.

- In winter, attach it in a place with an indoor temperature of 10°C or higher.

- Exchanges and refunds are difficult due to non-compliance with construction precautions.

3. Do I need to clean the wall before attaching wallpaper?

There is a lot of invisible, fine everyday dust on the walls. You must remove any contamination with a duster and wet mop before attaching it.

4. Will the existing adhesive surface be visible after attachment?

It is made of fabric and is characterized by a subtle sheer look. We recommend attaching it to a light, single-color surface such as white or ivory if possible. We recommend that you apply a sample order and test it in advance before purchasing.

*Note. If the existing adhesive surface is dark-colored or has a pattern, it may show through, and exchanges and refunds due to show-through are difficult.

5. Will adhesive remain when removed?

It varies depending on temperature and humidity, period of use, and type of surface to be adhered to, and some adhesive may remain when removed. In this case, it can be removed using a steam mop or commercially available adhesive remover. *Note. Please do not rub strongly to avoid damaging the existing adhesive surface.

6. How long is it available for use?

It varies depending on the environment and the degree of completeness when attached, but if not removed, it can be used and maintained for more than 3 years.

7. Is it possible to order custom sizes?

For orders over 48 meters, custom size production is possible. Businesses are requested to contact us separately by phone.

8. If the order dates are different, color differences may occur even with the same wallpaper.

When constructing in the same space, you must order the required quantity at once. Unique colors in additional orders may occur during the fabric production, dyeing, and printing process, and exchanges and refunds are difficult due to this.

9. Attach the product by maintaining the temperature at 10~25°C and humidity below 60%.

-How to maintain temperature: Store in a warm room at room temperature and use a hair dryer while the fabric is in a roll.

10. This product is a custom-made product.

This product is a custom-made product. Items are produced sequentially after payment is confirmed, and delivery takes approximately 2 to 6 days, excluding weekends and public holidays. The arrival date may vary depending on the circumstances of the courier company after shipment. It is difficult to cancel, exchange, or refund due to a simple change of mind after production is completed, so please make a careful purchase decision.

11. Other precautions

· Please perform construction within 7 days after receiving the product. (Refund inquiry: within 14 days of product purchase).

· Reuse of the product is not recommended.

· Color deviation may occur depending on the PC, tablet, or monitor.
